Perennial Peace Offering is an American Brown Ale from Perennial Artisan Ales in Missouri. Peace Offering is brewed with several hundred pounds of maple roasted Missouri squash, and it's available in fall, in bottles and on-tap. This 6.30% ABV ale pours out a clear mahogany color with a tall tan head that laces the glass as it settles. The nose of Perennial Peace Offering offers maple-roasted squash, sweet and earthy, with cinnamon and baking spice underneath. Perennial Peace Offering has tastes of cinnamon, tannic wood, walnuts, toffee, dry leaves, and a dry, bitter finish. This is a light bodied brown ale with prickly carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. We recommend sipping Perennial Peace Offering in a pint glass, mug, tumbler, or stein at 40-45 degrees F. Perennial Peace Offering is a good match for a light salad, or as a fall time sipping ale by a bonfire.
